Careers guidance
Teachers and other school staff play an important role in encouraging pupils in their choice of career. Not only are schools the first place many young people will go to for resources and information (for example the school library), but teachers can influence young people in their choice of career or further education or training. You can also point young people to their local Connexions service for careers advice and help.
